U.S. relief aid for North Korean floods »

An estimated 300,000 North Koreans have become homeless by recent floods, which have also devastated crops, bridges, roads, power and utility services.
Two non-governmental charities - Mercy Corps and Samaritans Purse - will receive $50,000 each from the U.S. Agency for International Development to aid North Korea in response to this massive flooding this summer.
